What types of care do you provide?

We provide personalised, nurse led support for adults and young people with complex needs, including long-term physical care, neurodiversity support, mental health services, rehabilitation, and short-term recovery care.

Who can access your services?

Our services are available to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical health conditions, acquired brain or spinal injuries, and other complex care needs.

Where do you provide care?

We offer care at home, in supported accommodation, or in community settings across the North East and North West of England.

How do I make a referral?

Referrals can be submitted online via our referral form, by email to tanya@everysecondcare.com , or by calling 01244255444. Urgent referrals can be made directly by phone.

How are your staff trained?

All staff receive specialist training relevant to their role, including nurse-led clinical skills, Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed care, and ongoing professional development.

How is care funded?

Our services may be funded through local authorities, NHS Continuing Healthcare, personal health budgets, direct payments, private arrangements, or via case managers.

Are your services regulated?

Yes. Every Second Care is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and operates in line with UK healthcare standards and guidelines.

How do you ensure quality and safety?

We follow robust quality assurance processes including supervision, audits, internal and external reviews, and regular feedback to maintain high standards of safety and care.

Can you provide short-term or flexible care?

Yes. We offer flexible care packages, from a few hours per week to 24/7 support, including waking or sleeping nights, tailored to individual needs.
